What is included
The field service management platform is built for shops that need scheduling, invoicing, and a phone line in one place. Jason, texts, and calls run on credits. HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and landscaping shops use the same system and set their own services and rates.
Scheduling and dispatch
The schedule is drag and drop. Assign a job to a person on the crew. Sqyre does not promise a drive-time percentage. Routes and ETAs come from the jobs already on the board.
GPS and time
Crew location shows on the map while the Sqyre Team app is sharing it. Time on a job can be recorded from the visit. Customers can get an ETA from that live location.
Invoices and payments
Quotes and invoices are in the same shop. Card payments go through Sqyre Payments when that account is connected. Reminders go out from the invoice. ACH depends on the payments account, not a separate Sqyre promise.
Jason on the phone
Jason can answer the shop number when a phone line and credits are on. A phone minute and a minute of Jason on the call are priced on the pricing page. Manual work continues when credits hit zero.
Customer portal
Customers can open a portal to see the quote, approve it, and pay the invoice. Reminders are part of that flow.
iPhone apps
Sqyre Hub is the office app. Sqyre Team is the crew app. Both are on the App Store. The shop also runs in the browser. There is no Android app.

HVAC, plumbing, electrical, landscaping, cleaning, roofing, pest control, pool service, and painting shops can run the same field service management system. Services and prices are the shop's.
